Q2: What is the main market for Leomay?

A2: We are selling more to EU and North America because the markets have high quality standard for LED products. The rate stands our turnover up to 70-80%. But other new markets are increasing demand of the new Leomay LED technology. We are also optimistic about the markets for other American and Asian regions.
A3: Yes, we have 2 years, 3 years and 5 years warranty for different kinds of products. During the period, if customers have the approval showing product quality issues and if certified by Leomay engineers, customers can ship back the damage parts and replace new items with the transportation charged being paid by us.
A5: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. And this service is free for you.
A7: For our standard products, there is no MOQ. 1pc for sample checking is available, but the customers have to pay the freight cost.
A9: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
A10: After you confirm our PI, You can pay through T/T (HSBC bank) and Paypal, Western Union, money gram or pay by credit card. These are the most usual ways we are using.
