Q1: Are you manufacturer factory or trading company?

A1: We are factory with 10+ years production experience. And our product has LED strip, LED profile, LED tube light, LED rope light, LED spot light, LED bulb light.
A3: Yes, we have 2 years, 3 years and 5 years warranty for different kinds of products. During the period, if customers have the approval showing product quality issues and if certified by Leomay engineers, customers can ship back the damage parts and replace new items with the transportation charged being paid by us.
A7: For our standard products, there is no MOQ. 1pc for sample checking is available, but the customers have to pay the freight cost.
A4: The sample order lead time will be 3-5days. The bulk order lead time will be 10-12days
A9: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
A8: We use imported leds such as Cree, Epistar, Osram, Seoul, Nichia, Sumsung, Sanan，Philips and so on. It depends on our client to decide which brand to use.
