A: The sample order lead time will be 3-5days. The bulk order lead time will be 10-12days

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. And this service is free for you.

A: Yes we can. Leomay has gained a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED strip lighting. The LED strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for flexible led strip light?
A: For our standard products, there is no MOQ. 1pc for sample checking is available, but the customers have to pay the freight cost.
Q: What led do you use?
A: We use imported leds such as Cree, Epistar, Osram, Seoul, Nichia, Sumsung, Sanan, Philips and so on. It depends on our client to decide which brand to use.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q:How to do the payment?
A: After you confirm our PI, You can pay through T/T (HSBC bank) and Paypal, Western Union,money gram or pay by credit card.These are the most usual ways we are using.
