Q2: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:We usually ship by UPS. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional. Usually, we had
material in stock, regular order lead time is 2-7 days after the order is paid. Custom products 8--15 days.
Q3:How can I place an order?
A:You can place orders online directly or choose to underline paid, I will make the PI to you. It’s up to you, both of them
are very convenient.
Q4:Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed sample are also available.

A:For regular one we have in stock,there is no MOQ;For special one,please contact our sales.

A:Our strips are with 50000 hours long life span and 3 years warranty.
Q7:What is the main market for Lightwolf?
A: We are selling more to EU, Australia and north America because the markets have high quality standard for LED products.
The rate stands our turnover up to 70-80%. But other new markets are increasing demand of the new LED technology. We are
also optimistic about the markets for other American and Asian regions.
